ANDRIOD

1. You will be receiving an email from secure video support
2. Open the email and scroll down to the bottom and press “join session”
3. As soon as you press join session, the portal will open. Scroll down to the bottom and press “Install Zoom”
4. Another pop-up window will appear asking to download and install zoom. Press “Download Zoom
5. You will automatically be routed to the Google Play store. Press “Install”
6. Once the installation is complete (DO NOT PRESS OPEN). Go back to you’re the email invitation and and press”Enter Waiting Room”
7. The Zoom app will open and will ask you to allow zoom access permission.  Press “Got it”
8. You will then be prompted to allow zoom to record audio. Press “Allow”
9. On the bottom left corner of the screen Press “Call via Device Audio”
10. Now press the “Start Video” icon on the bottom
11. You will then be prompted to allow zoom to take pictures and record audio. Press “Allow”

IF USER LOST OR CANNOT FIND EMAIL

1. Open Zoom app
2. Enter meeting ID
3. Make sure to leave to leave the ”Don’t connect with audio” and Turn off my Video” UNCLICKED
4. Click “Join Meeting”
5. “The Zoom app will open and will ask you to allow zoom access permission.  Press “Got it Click “Join with Video”
6. You will then be prompted to allow zoom to take pictures and record audio. Press “Allow”
7. You will then be prompted to allow zoom to record audio. Press “Allow”
8. On the bottom left corner of the screen Press “Call via Device Audio”
9. Now press the “Start Video” icon on the bottom
