IPHONE & IPAD

 

  1. You will be receiving an email from securevideo support.
  2. Open the email and scroll down to the bottom and press “join session”.
  3. As soon as you press join session the meeting portal will open automatically.
  4. In the meeting portal page, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and press “install zoom”.
  5. Once you press install zoom another window will pop up. Please press “download zoom”.
  6. The App store page will open automatically with the “Zoom Cloud meeting” press “GET”.
  7. The App store will ask to confirm the installation of the app. Please confirm.
  8. Once the Zoom app is installed on your phone, DO NOT enter the meeting through the app. Please go back to your email from securevideo supportand press “enter waiting room”.
  9. A pop-up window will appear asking “open this page in zoom”? press“open” and the zoom app will open automatically.
  10. Once the app is open you will get 3 pop-up windows asking the following:
    1. “Zoom” would like to access the camera. Press “ok”
    2. “Zoom” would like to access the microphone. Press “ok”
    3. “Zoom” would like to send you notifications. Press “allow”
  1. Lastly, you will get a pop-up window that reads as follows: to hear others please join audio. Please press “call using internet audio”.

 

IF USER LOST OR CANNOT FIND EMAIL

  1. Open Zoom app
  2. Enter meeting ID
  3. Make sure to leave to leave the ”Don’t connect with audio” and Turn off my Video” UNCLICKED
  4. Click “Join Meeting”
    1. “Zoom” would like to access the camera. Press “ok”
    2. “Zoom” would like to access the microphone. Press “ok”
    3. “Zoom” would like to send you notifications. Press “allow”
  1. Click “Join with Video”
    1. “Zoom” would like to send you notifications. Press “allow”
    2. Zoom” would like to access the microphone. Press “ok”
  2. Lastly, you will get a pop-up window that reads as follows: to hear others please join audio. Please press “call using internet audio”.
